WEBSITES

WEB DEVELOPMENT

I have built across a range of web development projects, building and refining sites to suit different styles and briefs. I’ve created multiple websites using WordPress Elementor, as well as tweaking and improving existing ones for clients such as Unity Hall, PQS Survey, and Marmalade Digital. I’ve also added my own touches where needed, whether that’s adjusting layouts, improving responsiveness, or enhancing the overall look and feel. I enjoy the variety, as it keeps things interesting and pushes me to adapt how I approach each build.

I use WordPress with Elementor to bring designs to life. My work has ranged from smaller page builds to more detailed website projects where structure, performance, and user experience really matter. I’ve also worked with WooCommerce, adding and managing products for sites like Cobb Toilet Hire and Songbird Percussion. Alongside building, I make sure everything is set up properly behind the scenes, including meta descriptions, excerpts, and alt tags, so the site is SEO-friendly from the start.

Overall, I enjoy taking an idea or design and turning it into a fully functioning website that looks polished, performs well, and works properly for the end user. When working on a site, I focus on making sure it feels right for the client and does exactly what it needs to do.

WEB DESIGN

I have designed a mix of web design projects, taking on a variety of styles and briefs. I’ve contributed to designs for a range of clients, including working on pages for Unity Hall, where I designed the wedding section of their website. I’ve also supported the design work for Bronte Barbarians ARLFC, adding my own touch with elements like the background pattern to give it a bit more character. I enjoy having that variety, as it keeps things creative and pushes me to adapt how I approach each design.

I mainly use Figma to create my designs. My work has ranged from smaller page designs to more detailed website sections where structure and user experience really matter. At the moment, I’m working on a complete new design for KPrint’s website, which has been given to me as my own project to take lead on.

When I’m working on a design, I focus on making sure it feels right for the client and fits the purpose of the site. Whether it’s something simple and clean or a more detailed layout, I aim to keep it clear, easy to use, and visually strong without overcomplicating things.

Ultimately, I enjoy the process of taking an idea and turning it into something that looks polished and works well for the user.
